i quit my job at the end of 2016 and needed something to hurt my brain and delight my eyes. something to help me document this time with silence, and challenge me artistically. photography is good for that. over the christmas holiday i somehow tricked my dad into lending me one of his medium format cameras... i initially thought i'd take a film photo every day, but i got discouraged and intimidated by that, so... i've relaxed my vision and i'm just deciding to take MORE film photos. that's going pretty well. i'll try to update here at least monthly.
